Phillip Bunton

Mr. Phillip Willie Bunton, Sr., 86, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Monday evening, September 20, 2021 at Colleton Medical Center.

Born January 10, 1935 in Walterboro and was the son of the late Willie Lee Bunton and Cora Varn Bunton.  He was a bulldozer operator all his life.  He loved working on his bulldozer, land clearing and cutting his grass.  Most of all he especially loved spending time with his great grandchildren.

Surviving are: his children, Mitzi Crosby of Meggett, Carlene Bunton of Walterboro, Phillip Bunton, Jr. of Walterboro, and Elizabeth Barros of Walterboro; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew Bunton.
