Mr. Peter Knight LaVoie, 91, of Walterboro, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Veteran’s Victory House in Walterboro. He was born February 15, 1927 in San Francisco, California and was a son of the late Alfred LaVoie and Kathryn A. Dickes LaVoie. He served his country in the United States Navy and was a retired Corrections Officer for the California Youth Authority.
Funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock, Wednesday morning, August 22, 2018 at Beaufort National Cemetery.
