Mrs. Peggy Louise Trower, 61, of Keegan Drive, Walterboro, entered into her eternal rest Saturday morning, April 2, 2011, at her residence.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 oclock Tuesday morning, April 5, 2011, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, with The Reverend James W. Williams, Jr. officiating. Entombment will follow in Glendale Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
Mrs. Trower was born January 20, 1950, in Bluefield, West Virginia and was a daughter of Ronald Bee Warden and Betty Jane Warden. Mrs. Trower was a dedicated mother, wife and loving soul. She fought a courageous battle against lung cancer and kept her fate, demonstrating her enormous strength in character. She was a merchandiser with Beauty Enterprises.
Surviving are: her husband, Mr. Floyd R. Trower, Sr.; a son, Floyd R. Trower, Jr. of Walterboro; three daughters, Kathy J. Waldrop of York, Thelma J. Alverson of Princeton, West Virginia, and Darlene L. Ellis of Beckley, West Virginia; and a brother, Ronald James Warden of Winston Salem, North Carolina. There are eleven grandchildren, Jessica M., Jennifer M., Johnathan A., Alexandra M., Cassandra M., Adrian N., Gabriel I., Zachary L., and Veronica A. as well as one great grandchild.
