Biography

Mrs. Paula Montjoy Conner, 52, of Poppy Drive near Walterboro, entered into her eternal rest Thursday morning, May 24, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, May 27, 2012, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro with The Reverend Eric Bjork officiating. Interment will follow in Bedon Baptist Churchyard, 2410 Cottageville Highway, Walterboro.

Mrs. Conner was born July 11, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia and was the daughter of the late William B. Montjoy and the late Oneida Ridgeway Montjoy. She was a member of Bedon Baptist Church. She will always be remembered for her love of horses, drawing, motorcycles, and her family.

Surviving are: her beloved husband of twenty-seven years, Mr. Henry Wayne Conner; her beloved daughter, Heather Conner Lyons and her husband Jonathan of Smoaks; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins to include a special cousin whom she loved as a brother, Bruce Montjoy and his wife Connie of Cullem, Illinois. She is also survived by her father-in-law, Henry B. Conner and his wife Marie of Burkeville, Virginia and a sister-in-law, Joyce Hair and her family of Conway.
