Paul E. Lafave

Mr. Paul Edward LaFave, 88, of Round O, entered into rest December 5th, 2019, at his South Carolina home.  He was the husband of Mrs. Joanne L. LaFave.

Born July 2nd, 1931, in Syracuse, New York, a son of the late Paul Peter LaFave and the late Dorothy Mae Graham LaFave.

Paul was a 8 year Veteran of the USMC and fought in the Korean War.  He loved golf and was an avid bowler. He has been a member of Painters Union local 31 for over 50 years.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joanne (Joan) Wenschhof; daughter,Pamela (Lester) Kellogg; grandchildren, Kelly Burkhart, Megan  Kellogg (Jason Wetmore) and Ryan Kellogg (Angel Smith); great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Chloe Burkhart, Braedon and Rhyder Kellogg; sister, Rita Lanni; nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Peppi of 14 years.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, David LaFave; daughter, Paula Burkhart and sisters, Joan Hassett and Doruine Risteff.

A private family burial will be held at Wood lawn Cemetery in Syracuse, New York at a later date.
