Patsy Canterbury

Mrs. Patsy Irene Canterbury, age 70, of Walterboro, entered into rest eternal Thursday morning, March 8, 2017, at the Saint George Health Care Center.
Born September 10, 1946, in New Port, Tennessee, she was a daughter of the late Sam Ray and the late Arcene Black Ray. She retired from the North Ridgeville Elementary School in Ohio and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Walterboro.
Surviving are: four children, Jerry Canterbury of North Carolina, Barbara Mycek of Pennsylvania, Kimberly Tweardy of Ohio, and Bryan Canterbury of Massachusetts; two brothers, Roy Ray of Walterboro and Edward Ray of Illinois; a sister, Wanda Gunnoe of Walterboro; and seven grandchildren.
