Mrs. Patricia Crosby Bennett, 75, of Walterboro, entered into rest Wednesday afternoon, May 24, 2017, at Pruitt Health Care in Walterboro.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 o’clock Saturday morning, May 27, 2017, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Hendersonville Highway, Walterboro.
Born May 31, 1941, in Colleton County, South Carolina, she was one of thirteen children born to the late John and Neta Roberts Crosby. She was a very loving Christian mother, who will always be remembered for centering her life around her family.
Surviving are: her husband of fifty-nine years, Mr. Willie Fairy Bennett, Jr.; three children, Charles Anthony Bennett of Walterboro, William Gregory Bennett and his wife Yasmin of Walterboro, and Audrey Kim Canady and her husband Mark of Walterboro; two brothers, James Doc Crosby and Mendel J. Crosby both of Walterboro; and two grandchildren, Courtney Megan Canady and Anna Maria Canady.
