Oliverio Hernandez

Mr. Oliverio Montiel Hernandez, 51, of Paradise Road, Ruffin, died Thursday, April 25, 2013 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Sunday, April 28, 2013 at El Faro Apostólico de Walterboro, 639 South Jefferies Boulevard, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1 pm until the hour of service at the church.

Mr. Hernandez was born May 28, 1961 in Vera Cruz, Mexico and was a son of the late Rosendo Monteil and Catalina Hernandez Santiago. He was an employee of Mitchell Construction and attended First United Pentecostal church of Walterboro.

Surviving are: his wife, Linda Jennings Jones of Ruffin; children, Barbara Baez and her husband Santos of Walterboro, Donald Fletcher of Ruffin and Ronald Fletcher of Ruffin, Magali Montiel, Alfredo Montiel, Oliver Montiel and Liliana Montiel; grandchildren, Clara Baez, Joe Fletcher, Jacob Fletcher and Elliott Montiel; and his brothers and sisters, Lucina Montiel Hernandez, Doralicia Montiel Hernandez, Efrain Montiel Herndandez, Rosario Montiel Hernandez, David Hernandez and Saraid Hernandez.
