Nora Creel

Mrs. Nora Dandridge Creel, 74, of Walterboro, entered into rest Wednesday evening, March 3, 2021 at Summerville Community Hospice House.

Born October 12, 1946 in Cottageville, she was a daughter of the late JW Dandridge and Eleanor Huff Dandridge.  She was a retired Lab Technician from ITT Conoflow in St. George.  She was a member of Walterboro Church of God of Prophecy.  Mrs. Nora enjoyed going to different nursing homes with her husband as he ministered to the residents.  She also loved listening to gospel music and going out to eat with her husband.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her husband of 28 years, Roy Rogers Creel of Walterboro; children, Karen Waller of Beaufort, Tracy Mosandel of Walterboro, Paula Munoz of Cottageville, Roy Jeffrey Creel of Cottageville, Darlene Martin of Cottageville, and Donna Beverly Priester of Ridgeville; grandchildren, Savannah, Sarah, John, Allyson, Miranda, Brett, Brenden, Magali, Erica, Shelly, Kyle, Amber, and Brittany; great grandchildren, Hailey, Ethan, Abby, Faith, Ben, Bubby, Gabriel, and one on the way, Heaven; brothers, Cary Dandridge and Dean Dandridge; sisters, Rosana Newton, Dale Greenhill, Cheryl Greenhill, and Jackie Dandridge; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Blewer; and a brother, Jimmy Dandridge.

Funeral services will be held 3 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, March 6, 2021 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  Interment will follow in Ackerman Cemetery at Red Oak, Cottageville.
