Nina Ruth Parrish

Nina Ruth Crosby Parrish, 84, of Walterboro, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday afternoon, January 10, 2022, at her residence.

Born November 4, 1937, in Pembroke, Georgia, she was a daughter to the late Glover Theteus Crosby, Sr. and the late Thelma Kangater Crosby.

Nina was known by many as a wonderful lady who loved her Lord and savior.  She was always as kind and loving as she could be to those she knew and met.  Nina was a devoted wife for almost over sixty years before her husbands passing and a nurturing mother to her children.   She lived an amazing life and has now rejoined with her husband, the love of her life once again.

Mrs. Parrish is survived by her children, Cheryl Ray (Wade), Jeffery Parrish (Melissa) and Trey Parrish; a granddaughter, Rachel Parrish; two great- grandchildren, Zackary Parrish and Kaleb Parrish; a brother, “G.T” Crosby, Jr.; and two sisters, Jackie Zipperer and Clydene Rawls.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sarah Parrish.
