Biography
Mrs. Nancy Cecile Rhoden Clifton, 52, wife of Michael Alan Clifton, of 740 Doctor Young Road, Varnville, S.C., entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the Hampton Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM Monday in the VARNVILLE CHAPEL of the BRICE W.HERNDON & SONS FUNERAL HOME. Interment will follow in the Sandy Run Cemetery.
She was born February 3, 1959 in Hampton County and was a daughter of Lillie Clifton Rhoden and the late Reeves Rhoden. She was a homemaker. She loved her flowers, going fishing and Little Lillie.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 12 years and her mother are; 3 brothers, Tommy Rhoden and Odis Rhoden both of varnville and Curtis Simmons of Hampton and 2 sisters, Peggy Simmons of Grays and Debra Rhoden of Varnville. She was predeceased by a brother, Jackie Rhoden.
