Myrtle Diane Doster

Mrs. Myrtle Diane Doster, 71, of Round O, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held 6 pm Friday, February 10, 2017 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service until 8 pm.
Born October 17, 1945 in Chester, she was a daughter of the late Roy Turner and Myrtle Robbins Williams. She had worked in the spinning room at J.P. Stevens, and will be remembered for her love of flowers, collecting Indian memorabilia, wrestling, and “Chi-Chi”.
Surviving are: her children, Terry Wayne Self of Walterboro, Jeffery Lynn Self (Missy) of Ohio, and Katherine Benson of Round O; grandchildren, Desiree Benson of Round O, John Michael Benson, Jr. of Walterboro, Nikki Self of Walterboro, and Thomas Johnson of Walterboro; and great grandchildren, Novah, Veronique, Makayla, Natalie, Katelynn, Bryce and Bubba-J, Jayden, and Jonathan. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Danielle Johnson.
