Mrs. Mildred Bell Taylor, 76, of North Charleston, entered into eternal rest Tuesday afternoon, January 16, 2024. She was the widow of the late Robert Wayne Taylor.
Mildred was born September 10, 1947, in Charleston, and was a daughter of the late James Peter Bell and Dorothy Humphries Bell Jeffcoat. She was a retired Accounting Manager for Wholesale Industrial Electronics, where she worked for over 20 years. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family and friends. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling and played in a league.
Surviving are: her children, Tammy Perritt and her husband Bobby of North Charleston, Wendy Taylor of Aiken, and Lushen Herbert “Herbie” Evans, III and his wife Missy of Elgin; and grandchildren, Robert Cole Perritt, Amber Evans, and Joshua Evans.

Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday morning, January 20, 2024, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Hampton Cemetery, Holly Street, Hampton.
