Michael Jeane' Woods

Mr. Michael Jeane’ Woods, 36, of Edisto Island, entered into rest Wednesday morning, June 15, 2022, at Saint Frances Hospital in Charleston.

Born August 16, 1985, in Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son of Mrs. Renee’ Picquet Woods and the late Lloyd Ray Woods, Sr.  He worked construction and worked alongside his brothers in Woods Enterprise.  He was a true country boy sharing an avid love for the outdoors, hunting, and kayaking.   He enjoyed playing the guitar and will always be remembered for the love he possessed for his best friend, his k9 companion “General Lee”.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Edisto Island are: two brothers, Lloyd Ray Woods, Jr. and his wife Nicole and Brian Joseph Woods, Sr. and his wife Ericka all of Edisto Island; and five nieces and nephews, Daniel Garner, Victoria Wilson, Lydia Woods, Brian Woods, Jr. and Annaleigh Woods.  He was preceded in death by a niece, Leigha Woods.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 o’clock Thursday morning, June 23, 2022, from the graveside in The Presbyterian Church on Edisto Island, 2164 Highway 174, Edisto.
