Michael Westly Rogers

Mr. Michael Westly Rogers, 38, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

Born March 15, 1985, in Charleston, he was a son of James Lowe, Jr. and the late Melissa Ann Garvin.  He was a tree surgeon and always enjoyed his work.  Mikey was always the life of the party.  He was a true country boy, who enjoyed being at the river, fishing, and bon fires with his family and friends.

Surviving are: his father, Jim Lowe of Hendersonville, North Carolina; grandmother, Rosalie Clark; children, Destiny Ann Rogers, Michael Westly Rogers, Jr., Alissa Abigail Rogers, and Alivia Louise Rogers; aunts, Michelle Schmitt and Shannon Jean Richburg; uncles, James Westly Garvin, Sr., James Edward Garvin, III, and Sean Edward Garvin; as well as a host of cousins and extended family members.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Crystal Dawn Rogers, Michael Don Rogers, and Alex Andrew Lowe; and grandparents, Vickie Ann Schmitt, James Edward Garvin, Jr., and James Lowe, Sr.
