Mr. Michael Joseph Cush, 64, of Alligator Lane, Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 24, 2013 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Jones Swamp Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Mr. Cush was born October 8, 1948 in Charleston and was a son of the late William Cush and Lolene Taylor Clark. He served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from the South Carolina State Ports Authority. He enjoyed fishing and telling jokes, but most of all, he loved his family and was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He dearly loved his dogs, Baby, Pixie and Tippy.
Surviving are: his wife, Colleen Lynch Cush; daughters, Amy Hendrix of Lexington, Julie Craven of Walterboro and Stacey Johnson of Sturgis, South Dakota; sisters, Annette Callahan of Powell, Wyoming and Lynn Gates of Farmerville, Louisiana; grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Mackenzie and Asheland Craven; Dustin, Dylan and Dalton Fox; and Taylor Hendrix; and a step-granddaughter, Samantha Johnson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Clint Clark.
