Melissa Auld Grimes

Mrs. Melissa Auld Grimes, age 62, entered into rest Sunday, March 8, 2015, at her home in Ruffin. She was the wife of thirty-two years to the late Mr. Charles Wendell Grimes at the time of his death in August of 2014.
Born July 24, 1952, a daughter of the late Douglas and Alice Sorel Auld, she was a native of Providence, Rhode Island having made South Carolina her home for the past ten years.
Surviving are: a daughter, Meaghan Grimes and her husband Alonzo Bidwell of Ruffin; three sons, Alan Grimes, Gary Grimes, and Michael Grimes all of Florida and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Douglas Auld and two sisters, Deborah Roberts and Diane Grandchamp.
