Mary Jane Denning

Mary Jane Denning, 77, of Walterboro, South Carolina, passed away Sunday morning, February 4, 2024, at 8:30 am, at the Lake Marion Nursing Rehab Facility in Summerton, South Carolina. She was born July 16, 1946, in Buffalo, New York and was a daughter of the late George and Ethel Reynolds.

She is survived by her children; John E. and Gloria (Martin) Brown, Jr. with whom she made her home, Matthew and Elizabeth Brown, Ronald and Debbie (Kwandranc) Brown, and Jenny Rebecca Cassick (Steve); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Brown) Lynn, Duane Bundy III, Brittany (Lori) Jones, Kaitlin Mary Reglin, Colby McCall, James McCall, Mark Regelin Jr., Christine Brown, Bobby Brown, and Rebecca Brown; her great-grandchildren, Kayleb Whaley, Taylor Whaley, Noah Whaley, Jalissa Bundy, Addison Bundy, Megan Harvey, Anthony Harvey, Aiken Harvey, and Allen Regelin; a sister, Rose McKale; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary Jane is preceded in death by a baby brother, George; and a great-grandson, Dakota Whaley.

A memorial service, officiated by her son, Matthew Brown, will be held 1 o’clock, Sunday afternoon, February 18, 2024, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.
