Mrs. Martha Leola Osterhout, 94, a longtime resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, entered into rest Sunday, April 22, 2018, at the Veteran's Victory House in Walterboro. Mrs. Osterhout, wife of the late Mr. Burdell S. Osterhout, served in the United States Navy during World War II and was the retired owner of Osterhout Hair Styling as well as a longtime employee of Ivey's Downtown in Charlotte.
