Marjorie Reser

Mrs. Marjorie Marie Reser, 80, of Walterboro, died Tuesday, November 04, 2008 at Kershaw County Medical Center in Camden. She was the widow of Dalbert Joe Reser, Sr.



Funeral services will be held 11 oclock, Thursday, November 6, 2008, at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 106 May Street, Walterboro. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Hendersonville Highway. The family will receive friends following the service at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church.



Mrs. Reser was born January 15, 1928 in Topeka, Kansas and was a daughter of the late Antonio Joseph DeGraff and Evelyn Marie Dixson Parker. She was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She enjoyed working in the church kitchen and was a member of the SC Women of the ELCA. She was known to all as Mom but will be remembered as a loving mother and Nana to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.



Surviving are: her children, Linda Hayes of Walterboro and DJ Reser, Jr. of Lugoff; grandchildren, Stanley Gerald Reser of California and Beth Almond of Ridgeway; and great grandchildren, Delaney Reser of California and Zack Almond of Ridgeway.
