Ms. Margaret Ann Padgett Bonds, 69, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Friday, January 23, 2015.
Graveside funeral services will be held 3 pm, Saturday, January 24, 2015 in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
Born June 26, 1945 in Walterboro, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Lafay Padgett and Minnie Lee Price Padgett. She was of the Baptist faith. She will always be remembered for her delicious cooking, her love of working with crafts, and for the excellent care she took of her mother.
Surviving are: a daughter, Kathy Smith; brothers, Gene Padgett of Walterboro, Ricky Padgett of Walterboro, Gerald R. Padgett and his wife Lisa of Walterboro, George Padgett and his wife Theresa of Walterboro, and Clyde Padgett of Beaufort; sister, Gail Padgett Prescott of Walterboro; and 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lillie Padgett Broach.
