Marcia Boyles

Mrs. Marcia Waites Boyles, 77, of Hampton, entered into eternal rest Sunday morning, December 29, 2024, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Born July 3, 1947, in Monroe, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Reuben Waites and Marcelle Brooks Waites.  She retired from Boyles Real Estate after 42 years of service.  She was a member of Hampton First Baptist Church.  Marcia was a devout Christian, always professing her faith to everyone she met, and studying her Bible daily. She dearly loved her family, always taking care of everyone and spending as much time as she could with them.  She also enjoyed watching Clemson sports with her family.

Surviving are: her husband of 50 years, Charles McRoy Boyles, Jr. of Hampton; sons, Jason Brooks Boyles of Hampton, Charles Michael Boyles, Sr. and his wife Tina of Hampton, and Allen Risher Boyles and his wife Melinda of Hurt, Virginia; grandchildren, Olivia Boyles, Charles Michael Boyles, Jr., Brooks Boyles, Jaylynn Boyles, and Michael Boyles; sisters, Susan Still and her husband Kenneth of Good Hope, Georgia and Brenda Dooly and her husband Randy of Chamblee, Georgia; brother, Richard Waites and his wife Kathy of Kennesaw, Georgia; and many loving nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Len Waites and his wife Susan.
