Infant Lukas Abraham Kornahrens was born without heartbeat on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Trident Medical Center, North Charleston. Lukas is the cherished son of Waldemar and Deanna Kornahrens, and beloved brother of Calece Rene Kornahrens. He brought much joy to many lives during his short time. He is greeted in Heaven by his grandfather, Byrle Waldemar Kornahrens; and mourned on Earth by his grandmother, Mary White Kornahrens of North Charleston; grandparents, Robert Kevin and Sherry Strickland of Smoaks; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
A private funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Kicklighter-Carter-Strickland Cemetery near Smoaks.
Deanna and Walt would like to thank Dr. Harris and Dr. Schwartzberg as well as nurses Kim and Brandy at Trident Medical for their compassion and support.
