Louise Robertson Beach

Mrs. Louise Robertson Beach, age 83, entered into eternal rest early Friday morning, November 7, 2014, while under the care of Hospice Care of South Carolina at her residence on Beach Road in Walterboro. She is the widow of Mr. Gaston Hall Beach, Sr. to whom she was married to for fifty years at the time of his death.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 o’clock Monday afternoon, November 10, 2014, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow Live Oak Cemetery, South Jefferies Boulevard, Walterboro.

Mrs. Beach was born November 27, 1931, a native of Colleton County, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Irene Jones Robertson. She was a member of North Walterboro Baptist Church and retired manager of Cato’s. She will be fondly remembered for the love she possessed for her family, always centering her life around her loving family. Her greatest pastimes in life were working in her yard and tending to her flowers.

Surviving are: three sons, Johnny L. Spell and his wife Irene, David G. Beach, and James R. Beach and his wife Christy, all of Walterboro; a brother, Leo L. Robertson and his wife Neyle of Walterboro; and a brother-in-law, Eddie Warren. There are eight grandchildren; Angela M. Spell, Johnny L. Spell, Jr., Jennifer Beach Hughes and her husband J.R., Jimmy Beach and his wife Lisa, James R. Beach II, David G. Beach, Jr. Bobby Beach, and Gaston Roger Beach; three great grandchildren; Zachery James Beach, Brett Cooper Beach, and Jessica Renee Beach Hughes., as well as her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth R. Kinard, Julia S. Craven, Wesley Robertson, Sr., Leo Robertson, Jr., and Joseph Robertson and many great nieces and nephews that also survive. She was predeceased by a son, Gaston H. Beach, Jr., and a sister, Betty R. Warren.

Flowers will be accepted, or for those that so desire, the family has suggested that memorials be directed in her memory to: Hospice Care of South Carolina, 134 Bells Highway, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488.

The family will be at the residence, 656 Beach Road, Walterboro.
