WALTERBORO " Mrs. Lisa Yvette Simmons Gardner, 43, of 211 Blue Bird Lane, Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Saturday afternoon, May 3, 2008, at her residence.



Funeral services will be conducted 6 oclock Tuesday evening, May 6, 2008, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.



Lisa was born August 31, 1964, in Beaufort, South Carolina and was a daughter of Mrs. Jeanette Crosby Pierson and the late Mitchell Arnold Waters. She was an accountant for Walker Accounting and Tax Service, Inc. in Walterboro and was of the Baptist Faith. She loved reading and photography and will be remembered for her love of her dogs.



Surviving are: three daughters, Kimberly Michelle Simmons of Walterboro, Lisa Celeste Mixson and her husband Wade of Ruffin, and Jamie B. Gardner of Walterboro; her mother of Birmingham, Alabama; two sisters, Jennifer Robertson of Mount Pleasant and Melissa White of Saint Marys, Georgia; and her beloved friend, Paul Walker of Walterboro. There is one grandson, Randall Wade Mixson that also survives.
