Linda Huff Hart

Mrs. Linda Huff Hart, 77, of Ehrhardt, entered into rest Thursday evening, January 30, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Born January 9, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth Hough.  Linda worked as a seamstress all her life.  She will always be remembered for the love she had for spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, fishing, spending time at the dinner table with her family and making her family laugh.  What a blessing to have someone to love and be loved back.  “A mother’s love is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking, and it never fails or falters, even though the heart is breaking.

Surviving are: four children, Timothy Hart (Ranae), Gerald Infinger, Lisa Carter (Leonard) and April Scott  (Billy); a son-in-law, Chris Cutter; siblings, Charlie Hough, Robert Huff, Harry Hough, and Sara Ross; twenty-four grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.   She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews to include a special nephew, Bruce Bennett.  She was preceded in death by two children, Stephanie Cutter and John Denny Knight; and eight siblings, Dorothy Rudd, J.W. Risher, Carl Hough, Ernest Hough, Jr., Annie Hough, Kay Cross, Audrey Mount, and Isabell Grimes.
