Kenneth M. Priester

Mr. Kenneth Maurice Priester, 83, of Davie, Florida, entered into rest Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

Born December 14, 1938, in Hampton, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Grover Cleveland Priester and the late Lorraine Penouilh Priester.  He served our country faithfully in the United States Coast Guard and was a retired electrician with IBEW Local No. 349.  He was a member of Saint David Catholic Church and will always be remembered for the joy he had in Snook fishing.

Surviving are: his wife of fifty-nine years, Mrs. Patricia Bryan Priester; two daughters, Cynthia Priester Richards and Karen Priester Fassbach and her husband Paul; and four grandchildren, Paul Fassbach, III, Haleigh Richards, Kenneth Fassbach, and Emma Fassbach.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be directed in his memory to: Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105

Funeral services will be conducted 10 o’clock Wednesday morning, July 27, 2022, from the graveside in Gooding Cemetery near Crocketville.
