Mr. Kenneth Allen Mizzell, 72, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Friday, June 28, 2024, at PruittHealth in Blythewood.
Born December 19, 1952, in Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Corbett James Mizzell II, and Louise Burris. Kenny was a fan of fishing, listening to music and science fiction. He mostly had a love for being by the water, he enjoyed spending time at the lake and relaxing in nature. During his working life he was a foreman for multiple tree service companies.
Surviving are: his wife of 36 years, Wanda Walker Mizzell, of Walterboro; son, Jason and his wife Kate of Summerville; daughters, Kelly and Nicole, both of Sumter; step-children, Rhonda DeLonge, Jennifer Berry, and Robbie Hill; brothers, Troy “Chuck” Mizzell of Walterboro, Corbett Mizzell III of Aiken, Terry Mizzell of Ninety-Six; and 4 grandchildren. Kenny is preceded in death by a brother, James “J.D.” David Mizzell; sister, Tina Murdaugh; and a brother-in-law, Lee Edward “Red Bug” Murdaugh.
