Mr. Kenneth Douglas Beach, Jr., 50, of Walterboro, entered into rest Wednesday morning, April 30, 2014, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.
A private family committal service will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014, in Live Oak Cemetery, Walterboro.
Born December 11, 1963, a native of Charleston, he was a son of Mrs. Betty Best Beach and the late Mr. Kenneth Douglas Beach, Sr. He was a diesel mechanic and will be fondly remembered for his love of fishing and race cars. "Ken" as he was affectionately known by all, was a person who lived each day to the fullest.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Walterboro are: a son, Kenneth Douglas Beach, III of Walterboro; two sisters, Donna Lyons of Walterboro and Annette Patriarco of Camillus, New York; a brother, Christopher Beach of Walterboro; and half-sisters, Kathy Thornton, Jamie Hammond, and Ashley Beach. He is also survived by a grandson, Kenneth Bradley Beach and an uncle, Mr. Klein Beach and his wife, Nancy of Walterboro.
