Born August 29, 1963, in Lafayette, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Wayne Louise Peck and Judy k. Ream Peck.

Surviving are: her daughters, Holly and Amber, a son, Aaron Packard, brother, Scott Peck and two sisters, Dawn Cooley and Penny Peck.
