Kaige Callaway Parks, 13, of Cottageville, SC, entered into his eternal rest on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Colleton Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted 4 oclock Saturday afternoon, February 19, 2011, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Walterboro Funeral Chapel, with The Reverend Doctor David Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro, SC.
Kaige was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a sixth grade student at Colleton Middle School and a member of the Boy Scouts of America. He attended Maple Cane Baptist Church. Kaige loved the outdoors, fishing, gardening and fixing things. He was a young man who loved his family dearly. He is survived by his parents, Patric Scot Ramage of Orange Park, FL and Lilly Charlene Parks of Cottageville, SC; brothers Michael and Joshua Pierce of the home; sisters Sumer and Amanda Kay Parks of the home and Katlyn Ramage of Orange Park, FL; grandparents Charles, Sr. and Edna Parks of Cottageville; grandparents Gloy and Sharlene Dibble of Jacksonville, FL; and great-grandmother Lillie Mae Parks of Dallas, GA.
