Justin Rowe

Mr. Justin Morgan Rowe, 66, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 8, 2025, at his residence.

Born September 15, 1958, in Haverhill, New Hampshire, he was a son of the late Willard Rowe and Norma Otis Rowe.  He was a retired master mechanic from Colleton County Fleet Management.

Surviving are: his wife, Mari-Beth McGuinn Rowe of Walterboro; and stepchildren, Rod Skinner of Mount Pleasant and Niki Skinner Cowick of Surfside.
