Judith Corman

Judith Joan Corman, 92, was born on October 20, 1932, in Berwyn, Illinois, and entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 8, 2025, in Hampton, South Carolina.  She was the wife of the late Richard D. Corman, Sr., the love of her life, to whom she was married 39 years.

Judy was a strong-willed woman who always took care of her family before herself.  She worked in retail until her retirement. Judy always took care of everyone, especially her grandkids.  She was loved by all and will be missed dearly.

Surviving are: her children, Candette Corman of Hampton, South Carolina and Richard D. Corman, Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina; sisters, Renee Anderson, Terry Ghilardi (Bob), and Cheryl Bunge (Joe); grandchildren, Gilbert Johnson (Monica), Alicia Covington, (Chuck), Jennifer Bradwell (Josh), Joan Lynn Corman (Deonte), James Corman, and Rick Corman, III; Kenny, Mariah, Marlin (Jamica), Gabrielle (DeMon), Selena, Olivia, Amaiya, Jazzlynn, Melody, Zackery, Jacob, Cari, and Rayleigh; and great great grandchildren, Crystal, Raina, Addy, Kyrie, Joshua, Kaileb, Jaidis, and Amoral.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Charles C. Planeta and Josephine Kalina Planeta; her daughter, Frances A. Johnson; and brothers, Chuck Planeta, Jerry Planeta, and Bill Brudi.

I was thinking of you today and wanted to let you know that I asked God to bless your heart wherever you may go.  You are someone very special to me, someone I think the world of, so I asked God to send a blessing to your heart with my love.  So remember as you go your way, something special is going too… It’s the prayer I prayed to bless the heart of you.
