Joyce Hennen

Mrs. Joyce Waldron Hennen, 81, of Yemassee, entered into eternal rest Thursday morning, May 8, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Nelson Hennen.

Born April 19, 1944, in Ocala, Florida, she was a daughter of the late Gary Waldron and Jesse Smith Waldron.  She was a member of Walterboro Church of God. She loved crocheting and reading.

Surviving are: her daughters, Cynthia Burns Driggers (Gary) of Walterboro and Brenda Burns Jackson (Tony) of Mayo, Florida; sister, Linda Gail Turbeville; grandchildren, Diane Crosby, Robbie Burns, Heather Reynolds, Toni Sherrell, Andrew Burns, Daniel Garnsey, Zachary Burns and Nicholas Burns; and many great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Burns, Jr; a grandson, Richard Caulder; and a granddaughter, Taylor Jackson.

Funeral services will be held 10 o’clock, Monday morning, May 12, 2025, at the graveside at Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
