Joshua Jones

Mr. Joshua Neal Jones, 40, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at his residence.

Born December 12, 1983, in Charleston, he was a son of Theresa Crosby Jones Phillips and the late Neal Jones.  He was a sales associate at Jones Vacuum Center.  He was a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Josh was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, riding around in his truck, and especially loved his dogs, Daisy and Bitsy.  He was an avid gun collector and self-taught gunsmith.  Most of all he loved his family and friends and spending time with them.  He was a devoted husband, son, brother and uncle.

Surviving are: his wife of 21 years, Karen Marie Jones of Walterboro; mother, Theresa Jones Phillips and her husband Jesse of Walterboro; sisters, Jeanie Jones Croy and her husband Stephen of Rincon, Georgia, Melissa Jones Goldman and her husband Mark of Aiken, and Laura Jones Jaworski and her husband Scott of China Grove, North Carolina; many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.

Graveside funeral services will be held 3 o’clock, Sunday afternoon, March 3, 2024, at Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
