Joseph Herndon

Mr. Joseph Randolph Herndon, 69, of North Charleston, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 at his residence.
Born August 20, 1946 in Charleston he was a son of the late Jay John Herndon and Blanche Nettles Herndon. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
Surviving are: his sisters, Mary Stroud of Ravenel, Martha Wells of North Carolina, and Beulah Smoak of Walterboro; brother, David Herndon of Walterboro; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Herndon,
