John Youmans

Mr. John Eric Youmans, 34, of Early Branch, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018.

Born June 4, 1984 in Beaufort, he was a son of Willette Dereck Youmans and the late Robert Eric Youmans.  He was an employee of CSX, where he had worked for 10 years.  He was a member of New Life in Christ Church.  John loved the Lord and was truly a servant of God.  He was a great father, outstanding husband, son and uncle, who was the backbone of his family.  He loved spending time with his family and was a hard worker who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.

Surviving are: his wife , Kelly Elisabeth Youmans of Early Branch; mother, Willette Youmans of Early Branch; children, Hayden, Connor and Alexis; farther and mother-in-law, David and Donna Drawdy; two nieces who were very dear to his heart, Kimmie Hadwin and Brandy DeWitt; brothers, Marshall Youmans and Scott Youmans; and sisters, Peggy Gordon, Patsy Ramsey, Donna Thames, and Wendy Youmans.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Varnville.  Interment will follow in Zahler Cemetery.
