Jinnie Colson Fraiser

Mrs. Jinnie Colson Fraiser, 78, of Walterboro, entered into rest Thursday morning, July 9, 2026, at the Saint Francis Hospital in Charleston. She was the loving wife of forty-nine years to the late Mr. Roscoe Sonny Fraiser, Sr.

Born November 25, 1947, in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Raymond E. Colson and the late Earline Clark Colson. A devoted homemaker, she centered her life around those she love and dedicated herself to her family and raising her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Walterboro Church of God.

Surviving are: three children, Rebecca Canady (Larry) of Walterboro, Jeanine Hubbard (Chris) of Walterboro, and Roscoe Fraiser, Jr. (Amber) of Aiken; eight grandchildren, Dylan Fraiser, Brandon Fraiser, Breanna Dupree, Shannan Hale, Renee Davis, Christopher Hubbard, Roscoe Fraiser, III, and Riley Fraiser; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Marie Fraiser; a grandson, Larry Canady, Jr.; a brother, Larry Colson; and three sisters, Patsy Branham, Dianne Fraiser, and Edna Thigpen.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, July 14, 2026, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
