Jimmy Hadaway, Sr.

Mr. James Dustyne Hadaway, Sr., known by many as “Jimmy”, age 40, of Walterboro, entered into rest Tuesday afternoon, June 16, 2026, at his residence.

Born May 8, 1986, in Walton County, Georgia, he was a son of Thomas James Hadaway and the late Pamela Robin Johnson Kinsey. He will always be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing.

Surviving in addition to his father of Walterboro are: his wife of twenty-years, Angela Langdale Hadaway; two sons, James Dustyne Hadaway, Jr. and Benjamin William Wells, Jr.; a brother, Jeremiah Hadaway and his wife Rebecca and their children, Raymond, Austin, and Aubrey; father-in-law, Rickey Langdale and his wife Patsy; mother-in-law, Penny Strickland; and brother-in-law, Rickey Langdale, Jr. and his wife Samantha and their child, Eliza.

Funeral services will be conducted at 5 o’clock Friday afternoon, June 26, 2026, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The Reverend David Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends following the funeral ceremony.
