Mr. Jerry Tommy Drawdy, 55, of Hardeeville, died Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Varnville-Hampton Chapel. Interment will follow in Sandy Run Cemetery.
Mr. Drawdy was born August 27, 1955 in Hampton County and was a son of the late Harold Drawdy and Dorothy Ward Drawdy. He was employed with Moss Creek in Bluffton.
Surviving are: his wife, Mildred Midge Johnson Drawdy; daughter, Penny Michelle Drawdy of Hardeeville; granddaughter, Mariah Alana Pickle Drawdy of Hardeeville; sisters, Frances Gray of Orangeburg, Mary Bennett of Varnville and Annie Stanley of Varnville; brothers, Carl Larry Drawdy of Orangeburg and Jimmy Drawdy of Varnville; 13 nephews and 9 nieces. He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Allen Drawdy; sisters, Jane Youmans and Joyce Phillips; and brother, Albert Drawdy.
