Jenny Herndon

Jenny Mae Herndon, affectionately known to everyone as “Jenny”, age 60, of Walterboro, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Summerville Community Hospice House.

Born March 26, 1960 in Walterboro, she was a daughter of Eugenia Jones Herndon and the late Jackie LeGrand Herndon, Sr..  She enjoyed hunting and fishing; as well as cross stitching, word search puzzles and coloring.  She also loved going to the mountains.  Jenny loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her mother, Eugenia Jones Herndon of Walterboro; children, Paul Drawdy, IV and Krystal Drawdy Salas, both of Walterboro; grandchildren, Kayla, Jeremy “Bubba”, Lindsay, and Natalie; sisters, Sandra Herndon Roberts and her husband Charles and Catherine “Cathy” Lynn Herndon, both of Walterboro; brothers, Jackie LeGrand Herndon, Jr. and his wife Glenda and Michael Anthony Herndon, both of Walterboro; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held 5 o’clock, Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Northside Christian Church, 200 Northside Drive, Walterboro.
