James Marvin Stanfield

Mr. James Marvin Stanfield, 70, of Round O, entered into rest Sunday afternoon, April 5, 2020, at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.

Born May 9, 1949, in Walterboro, South Carolina, he was a son of the late George Marion Stanfield and the late Mary Elizabeth Hiott Stanfield.  HE was a truck driver.  He was a member of Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church and will always be remembered for his great love and ability for cooking.

Surviving are: a brother, Wayne Jasper Stanfield of Summerville; and a sister, Bobbie Ann Crosby of Round O.

In consideration of the extraordinary circumstances associated with the Coronavirus, the family will hold a private graveside funeral service for Mr. Stanfield at Doctor’s Creek Baptist Churchyard.
