Mr. James Henry Peters, 55, of Ehrhardt died Thursday, January 15, 2009, in an automobile accident in Bamberg County.
Funeral services will be private.
Mr. Peters was born October 21, 1953 in Colleton County and was a son of the late Lamar Peters and Betty Long Peters.
He was a Union Iron and Steel Erector and was an Army veteran. He loved hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving are: his wife, Frances Ballard Peters of Ehrhardt, children, Neal Peters of Hampton, Ben Peters of Monroe, GA, Daniel Peters of Soul, Korea, Sarah Smith of Loganville, GA and Rachel Peters of Leesville, SC, step mother, Margaret D. Peters of Walterboro, 4 brothers and 7 grandchildren.
