Mr. James Earl Carter, 36, of Round O, entered into eternal rest Saturday morning, July 4, 2015, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
Funeral services will be conducted 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, July 10, 2015, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The Reverend Wayne Golden officiating. Interment will follow in Cottageville Cemetery, Cottageville.
Born August 31, 1978, in Charleston, he was a son of Linda Wheat Carter and the late John Wayne Carter. He formerly worked at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro as a floor tech and had worked as a carpenter. He was very proud of receiving his CDL license. He had attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing. He was extremely proud of his two children which were his world.
Surviving are: his mother, Mrs. Linda Wheat Carter of Round O; his two children, Samuel Duffe Carter and Ariana Lynette Carter; a brother, John Wayne Carter, Jr.; and his grandmother, Mrs. Blanche Wheat.
