Isaac Ladson

Isaac Ladson, son of the late James and Annie S. Ladson, was born June 2, 1924 in Summerville, SC. He departed this life on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, SC.

Mr. Ladson received his education in Dorchester County Public Schools. He served in the United States Army as an Airplane Handler and worked as a Carpenter for most of his life.

He is preceded in death by his wife Josephine Ladson daughter Bambie Ladson, siblings Julia Lumpkin, Sam Ladson, Rosa Lee Edge, Herbert Ladson, and Richard Ladson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son Antonio C. Green Sr. (Sha’Vonne), his grandsons Antonio Lang-Green and Terrance Rhodes Jr., his granddaughter Savannah Green, son Mickie Ladson and daughter Gloria Ladson, his brother Alan Ladson (Elouise), his sisters Thelma and Claira Ladson along with a host of other grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 am, Monday, January 13, 2014 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at their home, 5516 Lakeshore Drive, Apartment 708, Columbia, SC.
