Irene Little Walker

Mrs. Irene Little Walker, 79, of Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday morning, July 6, 2025, at her residence.

Born August 21, 1945, in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of James Little and Peggy Fabre Bailey.   She was a home care provider with the Colleton County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs.  She will always be remembered as the fun-loving person that she was, who was always the life of the party and the center of anything she ever participated in.  She was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed being on the water, especially skiing in her earlier years.

Surviving are: two daughters, Peggy Padgett of Walterboro and Donna Covington (Michael) of Walterboro; a sister, Jimmie Kittrell of Walterboro; and a large host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as a nieces, nephews, and cousins.
