Mrs. Idalia Wilson Catterton, 85, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday, February 2, 2012 at her residence. She was the widow of Mr. Freeman Irving Catterton.
Funeral services will be held 3 pm, Saturday, February 4, 2012 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Catterton was born November 7, 1926 in Colleton County and was a daughter of Bartow Kinsey and Russell Wilson Kinsey. She was a retired seamstress from Smoaks Manufacturing. She will always be remembered for the love she had for working with her flowers, but most especially the love she had for her family.
Surviving are: her children, Pat Catterton and his wife Joyce, and Gail C. Williams, all of Walterboro; grandchildren, Shari Donice Williams, Andrew Catterton and his wife Sarah, Matthew Catterton and Charity Catterton; great granddaughter, Aidan Idalia Risher; brother, Robert Kinsey of Warner Robbins, GA; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
