Howard E. Elj, Sr.

Mr. Howard Evert Elj, Sr., 81, of Moncks Corner, entered into rest Tuesday morning, December 17, 2024, at the Veteran's Victory House in Walterboro.

Mr. Elj, the husband of the late Mrs. Frances N. Elj, was a retired Chief Petty Officer from the United States Navy.

Arrangements for his burial at Beaufort National Cemetery are incomplete at this time and will be announced by Brice Herndon's Walterboro Chapel, 843.538.5408.
