Herman Creel

Mr. Herman Creel, 73, peacefully passed Thursday evening, February 20, 2020, at his home in Ridgeville.

Mr. Creel was born August 17, 1946, in Cottageville and was a son of the late Ervin Creel and the late Bertie Scott Creel.

Surviving are: two sons, James Creel of Orangeburg and John Creel of Ladson; four grandchildren, James Creel, Jr, Chloe Creel, Dakota Creel, Nathan Creel all of Tennessee; one great grandchildren; two sisters, Larmae Creel and Lizzie Creel both of Ridgeville; as well as a host of nieces and nephews and close family.   He was preceded in death by three brothers, Leon Creel, Willis Creel, Jr., and Ervin Creel; and a sister, Flora Mae Creel.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Monday afternoon, February 24, 2020, from the graveside at Givhans Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Eagle Drive in Ridgeville.
