Harry A. Sheffield, Jr.

Mr. Harry Alounzo Sheffield, Jr., 65, of Hampton, entered into eternal rest Monday evening, December 23, 2024, at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

Born November 14, 1959, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, he was a son of Harry Alounzo Sheffield, Sr. and the late Barbara Zorn Sheffield.  He was always known as an honest, hardworking and stubborn man who always made his own way in life.  He loved to cook for his family and friends and could fix anything including small engines, automobiles, and houses.  He was a great dad who always put his son’s future first.

Surviving are: his father, Harry Sheffield of Varnville; son, Ryan Sheffield and his wife Jessica of West Columbia, Texas; grandson, Noah Mixson of West Columbia, Texas; brothers, Franklin Sheffield of Varnville and Joseph Sheffield (Tina) of Varnville; nieces, Stephanie Crapse (Brent) and Laura Sheffield (Amiee); and great niece and nephews, Avery Sheffield Walker Crapse and Chandler Crapse.
